Do you accept government or institutional POs?

Yes. We accept official POs from qualified government agencies, public schools, universities, and libraries. Please email your PO to gov@ezvacuum.com.

How do I place a tax-exempt order?

If your organization qualifies for tax exemption, simply email your valid exemption certificate to gov@ezvacuum.com before placing your order. Once verified, your account will be marked as tax-exempt, and eligible future orders will automatically exclude sales tax during checkout.

Can you provide W-9 forms or vendor paperwork?

Yes, we can provide W-9, sole-source letters, and vendor setup documentation upon request.

What payment terms do you offer?

We typically offer NET 30 terms for approved accounts and government institutions. Invoices are sent upon order shipment.

How do I claim tax exemption?
