🚚 Shipping Options

EZ Vacuum offers USPS and UPS shipping rates. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the time you place your order.

  • All orders are charged at the time of ordering.
  • If an item is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you.
  • UPS does not deliver to PO boxes – please choose USPS for APO/FPO/AE/PO orders.
  • Some destinations may receive shipments via FedEx instead of UPS.

♻ Changing Your Shipping Method

To change the shipping method after placing an order:

  • Call us within one hour of placing the order.
  • If your order is still in the warehouse, we will modify it and notify you of any additional charges.

🇺🇸 USA Shipping & Handling

Shipping and handling charges apply to non-contiguous U.S. states (Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, FPO, APO addresses).

Orders needing shipping outside the contiguous U.S. will be charged the actual shipping cost. Any Extra charges for Oversize and Super Heavy items will be conveyed to you before processing the order

  • Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery.
  • Orders are final once processed.
  • Canceling an order after processing will be treated as a return.

🇨🇦 Canada & Europe Shipping

We ship to Canada, but additional shipping charges may apply. We will convey any extra charge to you before processing the order.

Heavy items like vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, liquids, or anything over 5 lbs (2.26kg) cannot be shipped internationally.

❗ Important Shipping Notes

  • Important: Double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Call us immediately if you see some error. Once your order is processed and on shipping queue, we can do little to change the address and get it redirected.
    Please be sure you provide the latest most accurate address available. EZ Vacuum, you and shipping carrier, all of us suffer due to bad addresses
  • Undeliverable Address: If we receive a package back that states that the package was undeliverable due to the address. We will credit you back the full amount less the shipping charges you were charged or $8.95 if you received free shipping. If the package is returned by the USPS with 'postage due', this cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refused Shipments: All refused shipments will be credited back less the shipping to the customer and a refusal fee of $6.95 per box.
  • Cancellations: All orders placed online via our site are considered as processed. Credit card payment reversals (charge Backs) found to be fraudulent will be charged an additional $45.00 reversal fee. This fee and any legal fees will be charged to the customer and payment will be expected within 7 business days. All none paid accounts will be sent to a collections agency for further processing.

💪 365-Day Returns on Bags, Belts, Filters & Most Parts

😎 No restocking fees for vacuum cleaner bags, belts, filters, and parts.

❌ Our most gracious and very popular 365 Day return policy does not apply on equipment like Vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, some special order like motors.

❌ Equipment like vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, and motors must be returned within 14 days of delivery. A restocking fee on the equipment like Vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, motors will apply and will be charged on item to item basis.

  • Send the item in its original packaging.
  • Pack it securely to avoid damage.
  • Include a copy of the packing slip or a handwritten note with your details.
  • Use a trackable shipping method.
  • Email support {at} ezvacuum {dot} com with tracking details.

Processing Time: Refunds/store credit issued within 30 days of receiving your return.


🤔 Refund & Exchange Guidelines

✅ We will Refund back to the mode of payment

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged in transit
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Unused, Unopened items returned within 30 days of delivery.

💳 Partial Refund or Store Credit

  • Opened packages of vacuum bags, belts, or filters.
  • Unopened, Unused vacuum bags, belts, or filters returned after 30 days but before 365 days of delivery
  • Used vacuum cleaners or air purifiers (returned within 14 days, 25% restocking fee applies).

😒 WRONG FIT / NO LONGER NEEDED PARTS

If you ordered some part and the part does not fit, you can only return it if the item:
  • is in Unused, Original, Sellable Condition.
  • has not been put in, screwed or tried in the machine.

For any returns, shipping cost we incurred to send it to you, is deductible if the item sent was as per the order. It is your responsibility to send it back to us. You can use any trackable service as convenient to you.

⚠ If you are not sure about the part you need, since many parts look the same but fit differently, you are welcome to ask us before you order. We are happy to help. Confirming before ordering if not sure always saves both you an us from the hassle of returns.

Item(s) sent back under false pretenses will not receive credit and the item will need to be shipped back at the customer's expense.


⚡ Limitation of Warranties

EZVacuum does not provide warranties. Items are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable.

EZVacuum is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

EZVACUUM MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE. THE GOODS WE SELL ARE PRODUCED BY OTHER MANUFACTURERS AND MAY BE WARRANTED BY THOSE MANUFACTURERS AGAINST DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP FOR A PERIOD OF TIME. IN NO EVENT SHALL EZVACUUM, ITS OWNERS, PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OR REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RELATED IN ANY MANNER TO PRODUCT(S) SOLD. EZVACUUM SOLE LIABILITY, IF ANY, FOR NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE, IS LIMITED TO RETURN OF GOODS SOLD AND REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
