Q: Purchased this previously and despite specifically asking if this was an original Bosch product or aftermarket and told it was original, it is not.
A: I disagree with your response. To be clear...I have the original filter that came with the Bosch vacuum BSA2222UC/06. That filter was identified as part #00263506. It is a washable filter with tight closed cells. What I received from you was a poorly made aftermarket disposable Hepa filter. You are correct, however, in stating that the original filter (00263506) is no longer available.Bosch Home Appliances currently offers the same filter that you provided with the item# 00460473 as a replacement for the 00263506. Last week, I received three of them. Shipped directly from Bosch, they each arrived in cardboard boxes, not blister packs, with German/English lettering. They fit perfectly in the machine as the website verified.The difference is the quality. These are authentic German products. The aftermarket product that I paid for and received looks like but is not the same quality. So disappointing on several fronts. Can only hope that there was no intent to deceive.I can provide images of all three filters for comparison if you wish to pursue the matter.
