A: end caps are not sold separately anywhere, you are required to purchase the entire rollerbrush assembly. it is a design flaw which Hoover is aware of, its too bad they wont do the responsible thing and make these available for free or even some nominal cost. i checked with six online parts suppliers and four of them agreed they get many calls asking for the end caps only as this is the Achilles tendon of many Hoover vacs. Shame on you Hoover for not standing behind your product.
