Q: Does this have the wheels Included or is it just the base?
A: The part is just as pictured. No wheels and the latch and cord holder parts are also missing. In my case, one wheel mount had broken, so this was all I needed. I just removed the wheels and latch/cord holder parts from the old one and put them on the new one. The complete dolly assembly is available from sireansystem dot com for $59.99 US. For my purposes this was a great deal!
