Q: Just received my under appliance tool. It doesn't fit my Shark as described in the product description.
A: You didn't say that on your website. The product I ordered is described as fitting Shark. It doesn't say anything about also buying a ridiculously priced 19.99 piece of plastic to make it work. I want a full refund for this product.
