A: Gary with tank full and cap on does it leak when turned up side down? Have you tried to blow out the cap with compressed air? Both sides. Mine has a very slow drip, but when I install it water pours out. I disassembled and cut out a paper(automotive gasket paper) and placed it under the black inlet port(it has a fiber like material in it). Seems to have stopped the flow.
