Q: How do you replace brush on my DC07. The belt is around it so how do you get old brush out of belt and new one in?
A: You can buy the Dyson Vacuum Cleaner Belt Lifter Changing Tool, or get a generic one for much less...works just fine, or someone very strong can manhandle it out. If the belt is old and stretched out you may have to replace the entire clutch, if the vacuum has one, at same time. Unfortunately you can not simply replace the two belts in the clutch, they come preinstalled. There are YouTube videos that help immensely!! Be sure to get genuine Dyson parts for in the vacuum.

A: Yes. It comes with the end cap assembly. Will work for DC07 clutch models.
