A: If it's the same as mine uh71230, this also happened to mine , I fixed it by filling the void on inside of plastic housing where the wheel axles are with 5 min epoxy harbor freight sells it very cheep in 2 large bottles mix up a half cup or more and pour it into the void that holds the axles straight. Let it harden and now wheels will stay straight
