A: If you are referring to the fill tube, then the fill tube, part # 190399 will slide on from the lower side. then a tube tie #191182S over to make it a tight secure fit.

A: Yes, it will work with the models which does not have F written on the bag adapter. For the ones which has F on them, it is this one 190408 - https://www.ezvacuum.com/kirby-bag-adapter-f-style-for-sentra-avalir-190408.html
